New participants may register by phone, mail or in person before the first class. Participants may register once the program has begun if the class is not full at a pro-rated fee. Please make all payments by cheque or cash only. Please make cheques payable to The Cookerydoo Inc. N.S.F. cheques may be subject to a service charge. Please call The Cookerydoo to verify acceptance if registration is sent by mail. N.B. The Cookerydoo reserves the right to cancel any program due to low enrollment. Full refunds will be given to registrants due to cancellation of a program prior to commencing.

You may join The Cookerydoo classes anytime during the season at a pro-rated fee.

Full refunds will be given to participants who request one in writing prior to the first class.

Transfers will only be offered within programs administered by The Cookerydoo if numbers allow.

Class cancellation will be made-up with an additional date or a credit.

All children over the age of 7 years not attending a course with an adult must be dropped off and picked up promptly. Any late pick up past 10 minutes will result in a penalty payable to The Cookerydoo. Children making their own way to and from courses must have written permission from their parents, submitted to the Cookerydoo prior to beginning of any course session.

The second child in a family will receive a 10% discount.

Monthly Classes:

1. Payment must accompany class registration. Class size is limited. Method of payment: cheques or cash
2. You may cancel your reservation up until 7 days prior to the class and receive a credit towards a future class.
3. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to a class, you will not be given a refund. Your payment will be forfeited. You are encouraged to send a friend in your place, if you are unable to attend.
4. Please be considerate to the other students in the class. Do not bring or send your child to class if they have had a fever or diarrhea in the past 24 hours. If they have an active cough and frequently need to blow their nose, it is also recommend that they not attend.
5. The Cookerydoo Inc. reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or instructor illness. Families will be contacted and either a full refund or credit towards another class will be issued.
6. When a class becomes full, your name will be added to a waiting list If an opening becomes available, you will be contacted. Please be sure that we have your phone number and e-mail address so that we will be able to reach you. Payment will be required if you would like to secure your space in the class.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation for our Birthday Parties. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be returned. Deposits will be applied to the total cost of each class.

Participation in a Cookerydoo class may involve student use of cooking equipment and tools in a busy kitchen environment. It is understood and expressly agreed to by the Parent (or student) that by making payment for (including the redemption of a gift certificate or volunteering) and/or by participating in the class, the Parent / Student releases, indemnifies and hold harmless Stephanie Phillips, The Cookerydoo Inc. and contractors, from any and all liability of any kind for any damages and/ or injuries incurred in connection with the students attendance at a Cookerydoo class or party and understands and accepts the risks inherent in the preparation, cooking and eating of food with other people in the kitchen.
